Ai

As of today, 7th August 2026, this is how I use AI:

• I use Claude for questions. For example this morning I asked Claude about much of emotions are constructed, vs something that just happens to us.

• I use Claude for contracts. To determine differences in versions or previous contracts, it is a big time saver. Also to paper a basic agreement.

• I use Claude Code on my command line to write code for me. I try to do as much as I can (like this website), but I’m not a programmer and I don’t want to be one.

• I never use ai to write as me. Not in emails, social media, messages or website articles.

Every word or picture on this website is mine. It’s probably a bit shitter than if AI did it, but it’s the doing that I’m after, not the having done. It also might mean something to my kids and grandkids after I die.
